Shotgun shells

This weekend was fabulous! I spent it with Coby and Monika. Two of my greatest friends. On friday night we went and played billiards, and watched tons of funny people try to latin dance. Then on saturday night our friend from somewhere in BFE came down and we went to have a bonfire up hobble creek canyon. There were 9 of us total. 3 girls and 6 guys. which is a perfect ratio if you ask me. We set up and started shooting at the clay pigeons. OH MY GOSH.. what a great way to relieve stress. I couldnt hit any of the targets, and i'm pretty sure i know why. right before i would pull the trigger i would close my eyes! DUH, bad idea. OH well, i ended up hitting a few of the targets, and I've acquired quite the bruise on my shoulder. Its huge! and its even a little swollen. I have terrible posture when i stand holding those guns because they are so heavy, i figured if i leav back a little and aim it up then my shoulder will help bear the weight.. Problem solved. Then we brought out the handguns, oh baby, i'm good with one of those! Just kidding around i told them i should've brought a picture of my stepmom to stick to the target. I would've hit it everytime. I know that statement is rude, and i'll probably go to hell for it. But I'm thinking this could be a very good source for therapy. :) after we shot all the amo and targets to pieces, we made dinner. Coby brought up delicious tin foil dinners. SO GOOD!! the meat was marinated in something alcholic (i cant remember what it was) and the carrots were cooked to perfection. I LOVED IT. top it off with a vanilla coke and i'm a happy camper! Well, i drank a little too much vanilla coke and had to use the bathroom.. newsflash, no pottys in the woods.. so monika and i went on a little adventure walk before it got dark. mission accomplished without a single dribble on the shoes! Then we started the bonfire, it was massive and we had to wait until it burned down before we could leave. well, we ended up staying the night, and we got home at like 10am sunday morning.. we were all beat. Thank heavens sunday's are a day of rest. We all took full advantage of that. Hope your weekend was just as great!

Love, peace and anti-freeze,
